The colours are even more spectacular against a backdrop of whitewashed buildings, mountainous countryside, and continual blue sky. In the week leading up to Easter, Spain celebrates Semana Santa or Holy Week, where members of religious brotherhoods, wearing robes and pointy hats, parade floats carrying statues of the Virgin Mary and Jesus throughout the region’s towns and cities, accompanied by marching bands playing hypnotizing music. The Portuguese landscape comes alive with flowers before the dry months of summer roll through – the hills of the Douro Valley fill with the intoxicating scent of orange and almond blossoms. Something not to be missed. 57.
Spring makes a great time to travel to Chile as the country transitions from summer to autumn. This is when high-season crowds begin to thin out making popular destinations, trails, and roads more peaceful. The infamous Patagonian winds ease up a bit and bright-coloured autumn leaves begin to accentuate the Lake District landscapes. March to April heralds the harvest season in Chile, and this is marked by a series of celebrations known locally as vendimia. As part of the festivities, a number of lively activities take place at vineyards, including grape treading, music and dancing. In addition to wine harvests, this time of year Chile is also harvesting its honey, which comes from the native trees, Ulmo. In our local team’s opinion, is the best-flavoured honey you can get, with a creamy taste.

You can also expect roads to be much quieter and the landscapes to be popping with colour as many wildflowers are in bloom at this time of year. As you cycle through the countryside, alongside Tuscany’s iconic cypress-lined roads, fields of poppies are also a common sight.

As we head out of Medellin on Day 9 of our tour here we encounter people from all different backgrounds, rich and poor, young and old, fancy bikes and old bangers, Lycra-clad or not – there’s a really nice peaceful vibe. No noise. No fumes. The vibe extends throughout the day as Sunday is typically always a massive day for road cycling in Colombia. Beyond the closed city’s streets and into the hills surrounding Bogotá and Medellin, the roads are buzzing with more serious cyclists. 145.

In 2015, South Korea completed an expansive 1,757-kilometer-long network of cycle paths. Following the country’s four major rivers – Hangang, Nakdonggang, Geumgang, and Yeonsangun – the network connects the country from east to west and north to south.

 146.
One of the most popular cycling routes is Seoul to Busan, starting in the capital city and ending 633 kilometres later on the southeastern coast of the country. Loved by Koreans and tourists alike, the entire route follows dedicated bike paths or bike lanes, passing through some of the most breathtaking scenery and cultural wonders South Korea has to offer.

 147.
Our South Korea bike tour roughly follows the Seoul to Busan cycling route, taking 14 days to experience the country and everything it has to offer. This is a place-to-place ride that starts right from our hotel in Seoul and ends in the historic city of Gyeongju before transferring to our endpoint, Busan.

 148.
Along the way, you’ll visit the natural beauty of Yangpyeong, soak in the healing properties of hot springs in both Angsung and Suanbo, climb the 362-meter-high Sojoryung mountain with its breathtaking valley views, take in the UNESCO cultural village of Andong Hahoe before making your way towards the coast.

 149.
A couple more days of coastal riding lead to the historical city of Gyeongju. On the final day, we transfer to the bustling city of Busan in the southeast corner of the country where you can choose to spend some extra time or even fly to the tropical island of Jeju for some added adventure.

 150.
Why South Korea?

 151.
We first visited South Korea back in 2018 to check out the possibility of running a trip there but sadly the pandemic scuppered our plans to fully research and then launch a holiday. As soon as the country opened back up in 2022, we were pretty much on the first plane to fine-tune our original plans. We wanted a trip that mirrored in style our Fuji to Kyoto trip in Japan and highlighted this amazing part of Asia.

 152.
With a warm, sunny climate and lush green fields and forests in the spring/summer that turn to beautiful colours in autumn, the country makes for a wonderful place to bike. It has everything to offer in terms of terrain – mountains, coasts, forests, rice paddy and chili fields, and peaceful riverside farming communities. South Korea may be a modern country and an economic powerhouse, but here, ancient traditions, villages, and cultures are passionately kept alive. It’s the best of both worlds.

 155.
Our Goal And Notes On Recce

 156.
The goal was to design a place-to-place trip that literally started from our hotel door in Seoul and ended in Busan with minimal to no transfers. Utilising the Four Rivers Bike Trail was an absolute priority. It’s traffic-free and nearly cyclist free too, unlike parts of many popular routes in mainland Europe. The aim was to experience both the interior of the country as well as the coastline, so we break away from the trail/bike path a bit to include a coastal section near Pohang.

 157.

 158.

 159.
Why do we love South Korea?

 160.
Whilst close to Japan geographically, South Korea is a million miles apart in terms of people and culture. Think of Japan as your more serious friend that you respect deeply, will always be on time when you meet-up, is a little conservative and who likes to plan. South Korea resembles more the louder cheeky friend, who whilst you’ll still respect, might not turn up quite on time, is a bit more edgy (even chaotic) and is happier to go with the flow. Combine all this with stunning scenery, amazing food, a virtually traffic free route all the way and you’ll have reached your Nirvana!

 161.

 162.

 163.
Guide’s Favourite Day

 164.
The day where we ride to the beautiful coast at Pohang is a classic. The scenery is stunning throughout and we end the day in the ancient city of Gyeongju. At almost 2,000 years old, it contains some magnificent golden artefacts of the Silla Kingdom at its Gyeongju National Museum.

 165.

 166.

 167.
Take Extra Time To Experience Seoul

 168.
Time in Seoul is limited during the tour so we recommend tagging on a few days at the start or end of the trip to fully experience this vibrant and fun city. If you like art, the Seoul art scene is cutting edge, filled with cool galleries like Leeum and the D-museum in Hannam-Dong, street sculptures and art exhibitions that randomly pop up overnight. Wander around the tiny traditional streets of Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung / Gwanghwamun Square and dine on some of the best Asian street food around.

 169.

 170.

 171.
Our Favourite Accommodation

 172.
For our time in Gyeongju we stay in a traditional guesthouse called Hwangnamgwan. Originally the building was used as a guesthouse for foreign distinguished guests or central officials during the Goryeo and Joseon eras. It still retains this cultural heritage which is melded together with more modern facilities to make for a wonderful place to stay.

 173.

 174.
South Korean Food Is Having A Moment

 175.
There is no doubt you will eat well on this trip. South Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, seafood and meats, with dairy mostly absent. Korean meals are known for the crazy number of side dishes (banchan) that accompany a humble bowl of steamed short-grain rice. Kimchi is served at nearly every meal. Korean food can be best described as savoury, spicy, filling and highly nutritious.

 176.
A must-try during your visit is bibimbap. The most common bibimbap consists of warm rice topped with mixed vegetables, beef or chicken, and raw egg, as well as soy sauce and a dollop of chilli pepper paste (gojuchang) for seasoning. Samgyeopsal is another staple Korean dish where slices of pork belly are cooked on a grill at your table. Then it’s over to you to wrap them in lettuce or sesame leaf and dunk them in a dipping sauce and accompany them with mushroom, peppers, onion, garlic and of course kimchi! This is best paired with several shots of Soju liquor of course…

 177.
And don’t forget Korean fried chicken. Served with a pint of cold lager and a side of chips, it can’t be beat after a long day on the bike.

 178.

 179.
Extend Your Trip…

 180.
The Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) is a 4-kilometre-wide and 250-kilometre-long stretch of land that separates North Korea from South Korea on the Korean peninsula. It hasn’t been touched in over 60 years, allowing unique species of plants and wild animals to flourish unharmed. It’s worth a day trip from Seoul to visit.

 181.

 182.

 183.
Words of Wisdom

 184.
This trip is manageable for most cyclists, you just need to keep turning the pedals and not be daunted by the occasional steep bit! Don’t be afraid of mentioning North Korea to your guide/team – they are happy to chat about it. You’ll no doubt have heard on the news about possible threats from North Korea, but the team will assure you there are no concerns about travelling in South Korea.

 203.

The beautiful Mediterranean island of Sardinia is home to Skedaddle Italia and we’ve been uncovering the very best cycling here for 20 plus years. Although it’s part of our exciting new Gravel Riding range, ‘Cape to Cape’ in Sardinia is the result of many years of experience exploring the island’s off-road routes. We caught up with local guide, Lieven, to learn more about the story behind this carefully crafted adventure on gravel.

 204.
Originally hailing from Belgium, Lieven has been living in Sardinia since 2012 and began guiding for Skedaddle in 2013. His enthusiasm for exploration, bike packing and gravel riding is contagious, and he brings a lot of fun and knowledge about the best trails. He’s also an archaeologist turned gravel guide and is always eager to share his insights into Sardinian history!

 205.

 206.
What led to the creation of the Cape to Cape and how did you come up with the route?

 207.
“I’ve been riding my bike on Sardinia for the last 10 years, exploring the gravel roads long before gravel riding became trendy! When Skedaddle Italia asked me to create a gravel riding trip, it was more a question of linking the best stretches that I was already familiar with. I am on my home roads here and looking forward to showing clients all the best nooks and crannies!”

 208.
“Gravel riding gives you the opportunity to visit new and exciting places, away from the roads and on different trails than you would explore on a mountain bike. We cover a lot more ground and there’s so much to see on this trip that you may not experience otherwise. Few tourists head into the rural heart of Sardinia and there’s a real sense of riding off the beaten track. Tuscany’s Strade Bianche, Veneto’s trails and Emilia Romagna’s gravel roads have become synonymous with gravel riding, but in my opinion, nothing beats Sardinia when seeking out an adventure on two wheels.”

 209.

 210.
What do you love most about this route?

 211.
“It’s hard to choose! The first and last days are special because you are standing on Capo Sperone looking out over what’s to come, and then at the end, you find yourself gazing over what you have cycled from Capo Mannu. The route travels through some spectacular scenery in lesser-known parts of Sardinia. It changes with each day as we cycle along the coast and then explore the inland hills and valleys.”

 212.

 213.
“As well as endless beautiful views, there’s lots of exciting wildlife to spot along the way. Riding through the Sant’Antioco Salt Flats between the sea and the marshes you might catch a glimpse of flamingos, cranes, ospreys and spoonbills. Up on the basalt plateau of the Giara di Gesturi there are wild horses roaming in the cork oak forest.”

 214.
“Sardinia has a rich history that dates back to pre-historic times and this special cycling route traces some of the island’s most important heritage sites. We see the rock-cut neolithic burial grounds of Pranu Efis and visit Sardinia’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site, the bronze age towers of Su Nuraxi at Barumini. Riding through the little town of Fordongianus, we stop to feel the warm spring water at the remains of the Roman baths before pedalling up to our hotel for the night, where we also take a soothing dip in the same thermal waters that the Romans bathed in!”

 215.
“Then of course there’s the riding! The first day of cycling follows the spectacular Sulcis Coast on sandy beach trails. Things start to feel adventurous as we pick up dirt and gravel trails and ride inland towards the mountains, far away from the roads and tourists. One of the holiday highlights is climbing the gravel roads of Monte Grighine, the highest point of the route at 675m above sea level. Our reward is a spectacular view out to the coast followed by a fast and fun descent into the valley below in the warm light of the setting sun. There’s an immense feeling of satisfaction as we enjoy speeding along the flat gravel roads of the Sinis Peninsula to reach the coast again after having explored the hilly rural heart of the island. The whole route has such a great mix of terrain, from compact dirt and gravel roads to sandy beach trails and some occasional rocky singletrack to test your skills.”

 216.

 217.

 218.
Are there any other special points of interest or places to visit along the way?

 219.
“If you want to learn more about the history of Sardinia, the Archaeological Museum and Tophet in Sant’Antioco is one of the island’s most important museums with exhibits from the Phoenician and Punic civilisations, as well as artefacts from the Neolithic Age! The Cabras Archaeological Museum traces the history of the Sinis peninsula, where our ride finishes, and contains the impressive ‘Giants of Monte Prama’ statues. It’s not far from an ancient Phoenician City called Tharros, where you can still admire the tophet.”

 220.
“If you’re interested in arts and culture then I highly recommend pausing to take a look around my home village in San Sperate. Often referred to as the ‘open air village museum’, promoted by local artist Pinuccio Sciola from the end of the 60’s, the village has around 400 murals. Another great spot on our route is the rural church complex of San Salvatore di Sinis, where several Spaghetti Westerns were shot.”

 223.
Have you any tips and words of wisdom before visiting?

 224.
“Before coming to the island, learn a few words in the Sardinian language – Sardo, which is closely linked to Latin and more similar to Spanish than Italian. Whilst Italian is widely spoken, locals will be delighted if you address them in their language, even if it is as little as saying good morning bona di, thank you gratzias and goodbye arrividerci.”

 225.
“The Fordongianus Thermal Hotel will not let you in the pool without a swimming cap and flip flops! So put them in your suitcase or miss out.”

 226.

 227.
A journey through Sardinian cuisine

 228.
Sardinia has a unique Mediterranean cuisine that has changed little over hundreds of years. Each region has its own distinctive flavours and traditional recipes, which we’ll enjoy as we ride from cape to cape. Starting from the Island of Sant’ Antioco – you can taste Sardinian cous cous dishes which are of north African influence. Not to be confused with fregola which is a common type of Sardinian pasta that is reminiscent of cous cous. Heading inland, you will enjoy the maloreddus alla campidanese “Sardinian gnocchi”. Another must-try pasta dish is culurgiones, which is pasta stuffed with fillings that vary from village to village.

 229.
Inland you can try the su porceddu, roast suckling pig, a real countryside tradition. Cooked on a spit for up to five hours, this delicious and crispy meat is often served at special occasions. While on the coast of Oristano, you may indulge in a variety of fish dishes, including Spaghetti with mullet roe and clams. A popular food across Sardinia is the pane carasau, which is a very thin and crispy bread based on an ancient recipe and generally eaten with meats and cheese on an antipasto spread.

 230.

 231.
Sardinia produces some amazing wine, and the island is home to a variety of native grapes. The beauty of gravel riding is that it takes you off-road and we’ll be riding past gorgeous vineyards along the way. Starting in the south of Sardinia we’ll enjoy carignano, a red or rosé that is grown in the province of Sulcis. As we head inland, the Marmilla region is home to nuragus white and monica red. Our final days of riding take us out to the coast and the Sinis region, where the vineyards produce a wonderful dry vernaccia white that goes well with fish.

 232.
Sas seadas are the most famous Sardinian deserts. These are fried ravioli filled with a soured fresh cheese, hinted with lemon, and served with honey. They’re a real delicacy and delicious enjoyed alongside mirto liqueur made from myrtle berries.

 255.

The Rebellion Way is a 232-mile cycling loop around the beautiful county of Norfolk, England. It’s a fantastic introduction to this part of the UK, with a mix of quiet back roads, byways, cycle paths, and bridleways to explore under bright panoramic skies.

 256.
The route takes you past some of Norfolk’s most iconic landmarks, including Norwich Castle, Thetford Forest, Hunstanton Pier and King’s Lynn Minster. You’ll pedal by a variety of stately homes and gardens including the royal residence of Sandringham, Holkham Hall, and the National Trust run properties of Blickling Estate, once the home of Anne Boleyn’s family, and Felbrigg Hall. We also have the chance to explore some unique sites, such as the various outdoor scenes around Thetford that served as the fictional Walmington-On-Sea of Dads Army, the famous Norfolk lavender fields, and the unique pilgrimage town of Little Walsingham.

 257.
Along the way, we enjoy stunning vistas of the Norfolk countryside, from tranquil waterways and dense forests to picturesque villages and classic English seaside towns. And of course, no cycling trip would be complete without some delicious food and drink, so we’ll be sure to stop off at some of the many pubs, cafes, and restaurants along the route.

 258.
“What’s not to like about a trip that explores the fictitious Walmington-on-Sea where the likes of Wilson, Godfrey and Jones made comedy gold in Dads Army! You can even have your photo next to the statue of Captain Mainwaring in Thetford!”

 259.
“The Rebellion Way offers a wonderful few days riding through my new favourite area of England. Whilst it’s not got the big challenges of similar trips like the C2C or Way of the Roses the distances are a tad longer and so make for decent days on the bike and hey.. that’s what it is all about!” Andrew Straw, Skedaddle Co-founder.

 260.

 261.
History

 262.
Although today Norfolk is a peaceful county where many go for summer holidays, it features a fascinating and turbulent history from the Iron Age onwards. The Rebellion Way name comes from two (ultimately failed) uprisings in the region—those of Boudicca and Robert Kent.

 263.
Boudicca, (AD30 -AD61), was the Queen of the British, Celtic Iceni tribe, whose territory stretched across much of what is now East Anglia. She is famous for almost stopping the Roman colonisation of Britain in its tracks. She remains one of the most iconic women in history and one of the most enigmatic figures from the Roman occupation of the lands around Norfolk.

 264.
In more recent history, the route follows the footsteps of Robert Kett and his rebels, who marched from Wymondham to Norwich in 1549 to protest against the enclosure of common land.

 265.

 267.
Route Overview

 268.
After Cycling UK recently helped to put The Rebellion Way in the spotlight, we immediately decided to add the trip to our growing list of UK cycling holidays. We believe it showcases the best of Norfolk’s countryside, culture, and history and offers our clients another beautiful area of England to explore.

 269.
The Rebellion Way starts and ends in Norwich, and over the course of five days riding, passes through Diss, Thetford, Castle Acre, King’s Lynn, Hunstanton, and Sheringham. Unlike routes such as Way of the Roses, it is not signposted as the Rebellion Way. However, it does overlap with the National Cycle Network Route 1, Peddars Way and Boudicca Way in places.

 270.

 271.
Route Highlights

 272.
When exploring the route during a warm summer’s week, some of the highlights for us included:

 273.
– Exploring Norwich, the medieval capital of East Anglia, with its impressive cathedral, castle and museums. Packed with wonderful buildings, a thriving food scene and historic stories, cycle friendly Norwich is well worth spending an extra day or two in at the start or end of your Rebellion Way adventure.

 274.
– Riding through Diss, an ancient Norfolk market town with real character that sits just north of the Suffolk border in the delightful Waveney Valley.

 275.
– Cycling along the Bure Valley Path towards the Norfolk Broads, where we might be lucky to have the steam train speed on by as we ride along the side of the tracks!

 276.
– Riding through the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its sandy beaches, salt marshes and bird reserves.

 277.
– Discovering the Norfolk Broads, a network of waterways and wetlands that are home to a variety of wildlife.

 278.
– Wells-Next-The-Sea with its rows of colourful wooden beach huts.

 279.
– Cycling through the stunning Thetford Forest with its 73 square miles of pines, heathland and broadleaves.

 280.

 281.

 282.
Food and Drink

 283.
While each day starts with a hearty English breakfast to fuel our explorations, we get to sample some of the local delicacies along the route, such as Norfolk dumplings, blue cheese, Norfolk black turkey, and delicious Cromer crab that thrive in the shallow waters of the unique chalk reef just off the coast, producing the sweetest, meatiest crustaceans. Don’t forget to add a dab of Colman’s Mustard to your meal!

 284.
As Norfolk is home to the most microbreweries in the country, there’s no better way to quench your thirst after a lovely day on the bike with one of Norfolk’s famous ales.

 285.

 286.
Suitable For Everyone

 311.

If you’re joining our South Korea cycling holiday riding from Seoul to Busan, we highly recommend tagging on an extra day or two to explore the vibrant capital of Korea, Seoul.

 312.
Here are our top tips for getting the most out of a short stay in the city:

 313.
Explore neighbourhoods on foot

 314.
Take a walk around the ancient village Bukchon Hanok with streets and streets of restored wooden homes called hanoks that are more than 600 years old! You’ll find many tea houses, guest houses, museums and restaurants in this area allowing you to experience traditional Korean culture. Visitors are also reminded to be respectful that the area is home to many residents too.

 315.

 316.
Gyeongbokgung Palace and modern art

 317.
The royal Gyeongbokgung Palace was built in 1395. It is situated in the north of the city, against a beautiful backdrop of mountains. Give yourself a few hours to explore the Palace, gardens and grounds, which are also home to the National Museum of Korea and the National Folk Museum.

 318.
Whilst you’re visiting this neighbourhood, it’s well worth spending some extra time exploring the streets adjacent to the Palace grounds, where you’ll find countless small museums and modern art galleries. The juxtaposition of traditional and modern Korean art in this whole district is a great way to immerse yourself in this culture of contrasts.

 319.
Skedaddle Co-Founder, Andrew Straw (Straws to anyone who’s cycled with him) says “My favourite little museum is Arario Museum and the coffee place inside the grounds, Fritz Coffee, is an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, offering the best coffee and cakes around”

 320.
“The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art is on a much bigger scale but always with something to make you smile, ponder-on and be amazed by.”

 321.

 322.
Shopping, food and drink

 323.
Insadong is a neighbourhood packed with restaurants, tea houses and shops where you can pick up traditional hand-crafted goods and souvenirs. Make sure you check out the smaller alleys as well as the main shopping street here, as there’s so many great places to discover!

 324.
Straws recommends that you “check out Ssamzigil for quirky presents and great jewellery. Then grab yourself an uber cool t-shirt that you’ll not find in your local TK Maxx from Timidtales and take a coffee on the rooftop!”

 325.
Myeongdong is another popular area for food and shopping. You’ll find countless interesting shops, bustling markets and lots of delicious street food to try.

 326.
The Dongdaemun Design Plaza is an architecturally impressive building with futuristic curves. It’s a cultural centre hosting events, exhibitions and 24-hour shops and cafes.

 327.
Remember to take your passport for tax free shopping!

 328.

 329.
More local cultural experiences

 330.
Itaewon is a vibrant neighbourhood that draws in hundreds of young Koreans and wandering around the packed neon-lit streets you’ll see street performers, musicians, emerging K-pop bands, and their fans. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, making Itaewon a great place to spend an evening.

 331.
Brace yourself for an action-packed night out! Drinking is a big part of socialising for South Koreans and a typical night out may involve three or four rounds in various bars and restaurants, followed by a South Korean favourite, noraebang (karaoke).

 332.

 333.
Travelling around

 334.
Seoul’s public transport is extensive, with more than 20 subway lines and hundreds of bus routes. It’s affordable too but remember you will need cash for the metro or buy a T-Money pre-paid transit card at any 7-Eleven or CU convenience store.

 447.

The battery is a crucial component of your electric bike. If you want to keep cruising with ease, you need to ensure you’re looking after your bike’s battery. A faulty battery can cause an array of long and short-term problems with your electric bike. Among the most common of these issues is an inability to utilize certain bike modes and inaccurate battery readings. Fortunately, looking after your bike battery isn’t difficult. By following a simple maintenance routine you can keep your electric battery in top condition and ensure your bike is always ready to ride.

 448.
Here are our top tips:

 449.
Charge the Battery the Right Way

 450.
Many riders aren’t aware that there’s a right way to charge your electric bike battery. The key to battery charging is to begin charging your battery before it reaches zero percent. You can also charge your bike according to how much battery you need. Some riders might need 2-3 hours of charging while those traveling further distances will require slightly longer charging times. Always remember not to overcharge your battery and remove the charging cable as soon as you reach 100%.

 451.
Store Your Battery in the Right Place

 452.
When you’re not using your electric bike, you need to consider how you’re going to store it. Electric batteries need to be stored in locations without drastic temperatures e.g. somewhere that isn’t too hot or too cold. Consider how temperature changes in your home throughout the seasons and store your battery in a suitable location. You also need to make sure your battery has some charge before you store it away. Continue the up keep by charging your battery once a month during non-use periods. Storing a dead battery or lack of maintenance could cause the battery to go into a “sleep mode”. If this happens, don’t fret, you can send your battery to us and we’ll get it going again. Contact EBC customer service for inquiries.

 453.
Manage the Way You Use the Electric Bike

 454.
Maximizing your electric bike’s battery performance and longevity is intricately linked to the balance between pedal assist and throttle usage. Pedal assist, by complementing your pedaling efforts with motor assistance, significantly extends battery range, particularly on flat terrain, making it perfect for leisurely rides or daily commutes. However, throttle mode, while providing instant acceleration for bursts of speed or hill assistance, tends to drain the battery faster, particularly on challenging terrain. By experimenting with both modes, riders can discover what best suits their style, with a recommendation to prioritize pedal assist for regular rides to conserve battery power, while reserving throttle for occasional boosts as needed. This balance ensures not only optimal riding experience but also efficient battery management, prolonging the overall lifespan of your electric bike’s battery.

 455.
Switch Off the Battery when You Charge It

 456.
Our electric bikes have an on/off switch. Switching off your battery when charging helps preserve battery life. In comparison, charging when the battery is on causes power to go to regular battery usage, which may hinder the ability to store recently delivered power. We recommend always switching off your battery when charging and only using your electric bike once the charging process is complete.

 457.
Charge Your Battery after Each Ride

 458.
The best practice to keep your electric bike battery in good condition is to charge it after each ride. Charging your battery regularly means your battery is always ready to ride. No one wants to start the day staring at that tantalizing low battery sign, so make sure you always charge your bike battery when not in use. Getting into the habit of charging your battery every night is a good idea.

 459.
Following these tips will keep your electric bike battery in good condition. Don’t forget, how you use your electric bike will affect the condition of your battery. And to maintain a high-quality battery you need to make sure you’re engaging in good battery maintenance.
