<p>LDL cholesterol’ depends on individual risk factors. A normal healthy person should have an LDL level of less than 130 mg. Levels below 70 milligrams are recommended for people at high risk of heart disease. This includes individuals with diabetes, high blood pressure, angina, heart attack, geoplasty or bypass surgery, and stroke.
