77. <p>We know the pandemic has been extremely tough and the recent announcement about the strengthening of restrictions has been particularly difficult.</p>
78. <p>You are not alone! We are here to support you along the way. We encourage you to look out for each other, your family and friends.</p>
79. <p>There are many mental health and wellbeing programs available to you if you require help.</p>
80. <p>By following health advice, we will be in the best possible place to stamp out the Delta variant and keep Victorians safe. We encourage you to get vaccinated. Everyone in Victoria can get a free COVID-19 vaccination. People between 18-39 can get the AstraZeneca vaccine at participating medical clinics or certain vaccination centres.</p>
81. <p>COVID-19 vaccines are free, safe and voluntary. The more people who choose to get vaccinated, the greater the protection for the vaccinated and the whole community. The best person to talk to if you have concerns about your health and being vaccinated against COVID-19 is your doctor or regular health professional.</p>
