Missing trailing slash in mediaRSS namespace

The namespace for Media RSS is defined to be: http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/. While some prior versions of the document omitted the trailing slash, this was an inadvertent error.

As this has been an area of continuing confusion, consumers would be well adivised to accept both forms of the namespace URI.
